Shipping Policy

Your Tidbit book is printed on demand and shipped to your door. This policy explains how long production and delivery usually take, how tracking works, and what happens if something goes wrong along the way. Times below are estimates, not guarantees. Questions? Email us at orders@tidbitbooks.com.

Production time

Because every book is made just for you, we need a little time to print and bind it before it ships. Production usually takes about 2 to 5 business days after you place your order. Larger books or busy periods, such as holidays, can take a little longer.

Delivery time

Once your book ships, delivery time depends on where it is going. As a general guide, domestic orders usually arrive within about 3 to 7 business days after they ship, and international orders usually take longer. The total time to receive your book is production time plus delivery time.

These are estimates based on our carriers, and they can vary with carrier delays, weather, customs, and the busy season.

Where we ship

We ship to many countries around the world. If we are not able to ship to your destination, you will see that at checkout before you pay. Some remote areas may have longer delivery times or limited carrier options.

Tracking your order

When your book ships, we will send a confirmation with tracking, by email and, if you have them enabled, an app notification, so you can follow it to your door. It can take a day or so for tracking to begin updating after a label is created.

Shipping address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Because production starts quickly, we often cannot change the address once an order is placed. If a book is delayed, returned, or lost because of an address that was entered incorrectly, we may not be able to refund or reship it for free. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we will do our best to help before it ships.

Failed delivery and returned packages

If a package cannot be delivered and is returned to us, for example due to an incorrect address or an unclaimed delivery, we will contact you to arrange a reship. A reshipment may require an additional shipping charge.

Lost, delayed, or damaged in transit

If your tracking stalls, your book does not arrive in a reasonable time, or it shows up damaged, contact us. We will help locate the package and, for orders that are lost or arrive damaged, we will reprint and reship or refund it under our happiness guarantee. See our Returns & Refunds policy for details.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes set by the destination country. These are determined by your local authorities and are the recipient's responsibility. They are not included in the price you pay at checkout.
